Remote Support

MTS can, with your permission, remotely control your computer and see what is on your screen. By seeing your desktop, we can much more easily understand the problem you are describing and solve it quicker.

Remote support is supplied at the normal $79.00 per hour rate. You will be charged in 15 minute increments with a minimum of 30 minutes. There is also a $6.00 charge per computer accessed during a session to cover service provider fees.

How to get remote support

  • Contact MTS with your problem. We'll do our best to help you immediately or we will schedule a time that is convenient for you.
  • If the problem cannot be solved quickly over the telephone, we'll ask that you grant us remote access to your computer to diagnose and correct the problem using one of the methods below..

Method A

Click the following link to download the remote control application. This will allow us to remote control your computer.

Select "Run" or "Open" when asked what do do with the download. Allow any security warnings. Click "Connect", there is no login/password.

Method B

In some cases method A cannot be used (some network computers and Mac OS X support). There is a $6 usage fee associated with this method and will be used if there is a problem connecting with method A.
